We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as posting a statement on our website or sending you an email). Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

Google User Data

Our reporting app at app.evergrow.media lets you connect a Google account so we can report on your marketing. This section explains what that connection gives us access to and how we handle it. It applies in addition to the rest of this policy, and where they differ, this section governs Google user data.

What we access. With your permission, we read: Google Ads account, campaign and performance data; Google Analytics properties and their reporting data; Google Tag Manager containers; the Google Sheets you choose to use as a data source or export a report to; and the email address of the connected account, so you can see which account is connected. We request only the access needed for these features. We do not change your Analytics or Tag Manager settings. We change Google Ads only when you do so in the app, such as pausing or enabling a campaign, and write to Google Sheets only when you export a report.

How we use it. We use this data only to provide the reporting features you use: showing your accounts, building reports, dashboards and budget pacing, and sending the reports you set up. To write report text, we send the relevant figures to an AI service provider (OpenAI), which processes them on our behalf and does not use them to train its models. We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build profiles, to sell, or to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Sharing. We do not sell Google user data or share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run the app (hosting, database, email delivery and the AI provider above), the people you choose to send a report to, or where required by law. Our staff do not read your Google data unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.

Storage and security. The credential that lets us read your Google data is encrypted (AES-256) before it is stored, and the encryption key is kept separately from the database. Report data is kept only as long as needed to provide reports and their history.

Your control and deletion. You can disconnect Google at any time on the Connections page in the app, which deletes the stored credential. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have the Google data we hold about you deleted, email us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.

Evergrow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
